Terms & Conditions for ss44 — Bangladesh

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ss44 (hereinafter "ss44", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ss44 website located at ss44.club and all associated services, games, features, and promotions offered therein.

By creating an account on ss44, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ss44 platform.

ss44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will display a prominent notice and update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of this document is the authoritative version. All communications between ss44 and the Player shall be conducted in English.

ss44 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). References to monetary amounts in these Terms use the ৳ symbol followed by the relevant figure in Western Arabic numerals.

Use of the ss44 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ss44 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on ss44 or subject to any active account suspension or closure decision made by ss44.
• You have not previously had an account closed by ss44 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You are acting with your own funds and not using funds sourced from illegal activity.

ss44 applies age verification procedures at account registration. Where age cannot be confirmed to ss44's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending the submission of valid government-issued identification. Accepted identification documents include a National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).

If it is discovered at any point — including after registration and after deposits have been made — that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria above, ss44 reserves the right to close the account immediately, void all bets placed from that account, and return the deposited principal (net of any withdrawals already paid) to the payment method on file. Winnings generated by an ineligible account are not payable.

Each individual player may hold one account only on the ss44 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or accidentally — are a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ss44 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit promotional credits claimed across duplicated registrations.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and your preferred payment method (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account details as applicable). You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ss44 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account while logged in — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified ss44 of suspected unauthorised access prior to that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ss44 immediately by contacting [email protected]. ss44 will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation. ss44 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.

ss44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

ss44 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ss44 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ss44 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile money network. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on bank processing times. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ss44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unfamiliar bank accounts, or payment methods not previously used on the account. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering best practices.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed promptly during business hours (9 AM to midnight Bangladesh Standard Time). Requests submitted outside those hours are queued and processed at the start of the next business window. ss44 aims to complete all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the account must pass identity verification as described in Section 3.

ss44 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending a compliance review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

ss44 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page at the time you claim the offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — any remaining bonus balance at the expiry of the validity period is forfeited automatically.

One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, once per household, and once per shared device or IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. ss44 may void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where it determines that a single player has attempted to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the staked amount toward meeting the wagering target. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.

Maximum Bet Rule: While a wagering requirement is active on your account, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is ৳500 (or the equivalent in game denomination). Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

Abuse and Manipulation: ss44 reserves the right to void promotional benefits and any associated winnings, and to close the account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse including but not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically-balanced bets to circumvent wagering requirements; using automated betting software; colluding with other players to clear bonus conditions at artificially low risk.

As a Player on the ss44 platform, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — personal, recreational online gaming — and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the ss44 platform to process funds derived from illegal activities, or making deposits and withdrawals with no genuine intention to engage in gaming activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, share cards or information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with ss44 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors: Taking deliberate advantage of system glitches, pricing errors in betting markets, or software bugs to generate artificial winnings. ss44 reserves the right to void any bets placed in the knowledge of a technical error.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used for gaming activity on ss44.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for any purpose including to claim welcome bonuses multiple times or to circumvent a self-exclusion.

You also agree not to use the ss44 platform to transmit any harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems or databases. Violations will be investigated and may be escalated to law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your ss44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ss44 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the ss44 support team and take effect promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used to place bets or make deposits, and the exclusion period cannot be shortened at the player's request. Closure by ss44: ss44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — and void any outstanding bets or bonus balances — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, including (but not limited to) the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6. Where an account is closed for cause, ss44 will communicate the reason to the account holder where it is legally permissible to do so.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. ss44 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing the standard identity verification process.

The ss44 platform and all games, betting markets, and services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ss44 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service and accurate odds and game outcomes, ss44 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions, maintenance windows, or force-majeure events.
• Any information displayed on the Platform (including odds, live scores, or game results) is error-free at every moment.
• The Platform will be free from software bugs or security vulnerabilities at all times, though ss44 commits to addressing discovered issues promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ss44's aggregate liability to any individual player for any direct losses arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ss44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if ss44 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ss44's liability for death or personal injury caused by ss44's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes not resolved through the ss44 support process may be referred to binding arbitration. By using the Platform you waive the right to participate in any class-action proceeding against ss44.
